Junior · Competitive

U19 Boys

Who it's for: Boys aged 14–19 ready to commit to coached, competitive volleyball.
Training focus: Technical fundamentals, system play and game understanding.
Competition: Scottish Volleyball junior fixtures, with progression into the senior squad.

Junior · Competitive

U19 Girls

Who it's for: Girls aged 14–19 looking to develop their game and compete regularly.
Training focus: Skill progression, team play, leadership and decision-making on court.
Competition: Scottish Volleyball junior fixtures, with links into Tartan Talent pathway opportunities.

Senior · National League

Men's Team

Who it's for: Senior players competing at national level — and juniors progressing into senior volleyball.
Training focus: Structured training, team systems, match preparation and conditioning.
Competition: Scottish National League fixtures throughout the season.

Junior & Adult · All Levels

Recreational Volleyball

Who it's for: Open to juniors and adults of any ability — complete beginners through to returning players.
Training focus: Light coaching, structured games and a sociable, welcoming atmosphere.
Competition: Weekly drop-in sessions — no commitment, no experience needed.
